Receptionist/Administrative Assistant | King of Prussia, PA

RP is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the front desk on a daily basis by answering all incoming telephone calls, greeting clients/visitors and providing support for miscellaneous requests. The Receptionist may also be asked to perform Administrative Assistant duties as needed.

As the first point of contact for the Firm, the successful applicant will provide a positive presence and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Qualified applicants must possess excellent communication and computer skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Prior law firm experience a plus, but not required.

Docketing Administrator | King of Prussia, PA

Immediate need for a Docketing Administrator.  Some docketing and/or patent prosecution experience required.  High-level of accuracy also required.  Suitable candidates will be extremely detailed-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and complete numerous tasks under time constraints.

Patent Legal Assistant | King of Prussia, PA

Patent Legal Assistant needed for RP’s expanding legal team.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparation and filing of U.S. provisional and non-provisional applications, national stage applications, continuation, divisional and CIP applications and all other documents relating to patents with the USPTO.
