Alyssa is an associate attorney having experience in both intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution, with a focus on the biological, chemical, mechanical, and medical sciences. She also participates in the firm’s inter partes review practice.
Whether it’s crafting a new patent application from scratch, or participating in litigation to assert a clients’ rights in intellectual property, Alyssa is prepared to use her experience to see her clients’ goals come to fruition. She takes immense pride in seeing a nascent application through to issuance, and she is deeply dedicated to achieving the best possible business outcomes for her clients during intellectual property disputes or inter partes proceedings. Her practice also strays to the international, working with clients to obtain intellectual property protection for their ideas overseas.

Her prior service as an extern for the District of Delaware allowed her to experience intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution from the perspective of the federal court system, granting her valuable insight into the workings of patent litigation in an intellectual property-savvy district court.
