One hour of Pennsylvania CLE will be offered for this virtual presentation hosted by the Benjamin Franklin American Inn of Court. Brett will be speaking on the COVID-related programs offered by the U.S. Patent Office, as well as patent prosecution related insights which have been gained during the pandemic.
