RatnerPrestia’s James M. Gould Appointed Adjunct Professor of Law at Penn State’s Dickinson Law School
Philadelphia, PA | August 2019 – Effective August 2019, RatnerPrestia’s James M. Gould has joined the faculty of Penn State University’s Dickinson Law School as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching Biotech, Pharmaceuticals & the Law. This course is available for second and third year law students and qualifies as an elective toward fulfilling a law school certification in Health Law & Policy. A frequent speaker on topics of pharmaceutical and biotech patent law and litigation, Professor Gould recently served as a patent expert in federal court litigation in the biopharma sector and also serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Advanced Biotechnology Graduate Program at Johns Hopkins University. At RatnerPrestia, Professor Gould continues to serve as Counsel and Co-Chair of the firm’s Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, and Life Sciences Industry Groups.
