Benjamin E. Leace Receives PBI’s 9th Annual Arthur Seidel Distinguished IP Services Award

Philadelphia, PA | April 2018 – RatnerPrestia is pleased to announce that Benjamin E. Leace is the recipient of the 9th annual Arthur Seidel Distinguished IP Services Award.  This honor presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute recognizes Mr. Leace’s commitment to the highest standard of excellence in Intellectual Property Law.  The award was established in memory of Arthur Seidel and his longtime contributions to PBI and was presented to Mr. Leace on April 24th at PBI’s annual IP Institute.

Mr. Leace devotes the majority of his time to handling litigation and the balance of his time in IP counseling and transactions.  He is a regular speaker in the intellectual property field, presenting as an invited speaker at many of PBI’s Annual Intellectual Property Law Institutes.  His talks cover a broad range of intellectual property and litigation related topics including: Trade Secret and Electronic Discovery; IP Litigation and IPR Practice and Strategy.  He serves as an arbitrator for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Leace is the current President of the Benjamin Franklin American Inn of Court and past President of the Philadelphia Intellectual Property Law Association.  He has been recognized in the fields of IP law and IP litigation by Chambers, Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers.
