Benjamin E. Leace Elected President for The Benjamin Franklin American Inn of Court
Philadelphia, PA | June 2017 – RatnerPrestia is pleased to announce that Benjamin E. Leace has been elected President for The Benjamin Franklin American Inn of Court (Inn of Court). Prior to becoming President, Ben served four years as a board member as well as held several officer positions including program chairman, vice president, president elect and treasurer.
Chartered in 1995 and one of about 400 in the American Inns of Court, the organization promotes skill improvement, professionalism and legal ethics through collegial discourse and mentoring. The group teaches by role-playing, conveying valuable information on identified topics by simulating scenarios for situations and issues that arise in the practice of intellectual property law. The Inn of Court is formed of IP attorneys concentrating in patent, trademark, copyright and related areas of law.
Benjamin is a member of RatnerPrestia’s Management Committee and devotes the majority of his time to handling litigation and counseling in IP and related transactions.
