Sunjeev received his J.D. from Georgetown University, and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science, from the University of California, San Diego. During law school, Sunjeev received a CALI Award in International Protection of Intellectual Property and placed second in the Fox Kiser Annual Writing Competition in Law, Science, and Medicine for his paper titled “180-Day Generic Exclusivity: Closing the Parking and Authorized Generic Loopholes.”
