RatnerPrestia Shareholder and Associate Take Part in Patent Law Panel Discussion at Drexel University

RatnerPrestia Shareholder Kenneth Nigon, was a panelist, and RatnerPrestia Associate, Christopher Blaszkowski, moderated a recent panel discussion held at the Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law on April 2.

The topics discussed were the America Invents Act and the Supreme Court’s recent Mayo v. Prometheus decision.
