Jonathan Spadt Presents at AIPLA’s Annual Meeting

Spadt, addressed attendees of the American Intellectual Property Law’s Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. on October 20, 2011. Spadt was a speaker on a panel of experts addressing the recently enacted patent reform legislation known as the America Invents Act. The panel discussed the many issues facing the USPTO, its stakeholders, and various professional organizations in implementing the new law.
