Mr. Spadt will be discussing the strategic uses of U.S. reexamination proceedings and their role in a company’s worldwide IP management. The lecture series is sponsored by F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. and includes monthly presentations by industry experts on topics relevant to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries.
