Valley Forge, Pa., March 2010 – Jonathan Spadt, a shareholder at RatnerPrestia, recently spoke to Pennsylvania State University’s Chemical Engineering students about the role of intellectual property in corporate decision making. This is an annual presentation Mr. Spadt gives at the University which provides an overview of how IP laws foster innovation and the advancement of technology.
