RatnerPrestia Shareholder Speaks at Advanced Seminar on Trademark Law

Valley Forge, Pa – Benjamin E. Leace, member of the management committee of RatnerPrestia and co-chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Area, along with Joseph N. Welch of Pattishall, McAuliffe, Newbury, Hilliard & Geraldson LLP, presented “The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board or Federal Court: Which is Best for your Case?” at the Advanced Seminar on Trademark Law 2008 in New York City on Wednesday, July 16. This annual conference allows experienced practitioners in the field of trademark law to stay abreast of current developments, helping them to better serve their clients.

With over 20 years experience in intellectual property law, Mr. Leace began working at RatnerPrestia as a law student in the early years of the firm. In his legal practice, Mr. Leace represents clients in a wide range of intellectual property areas including litigation, licensing, agreements, opinions/counseling and patent/trademark/copyright procurement.
