COMPENSATION & BENEFITS  

Our compensation package is competitive. Consistent with our firm culture and our concern for quality of life, compensation is based on an annual billable hour target of only 1,750 hours per year. We also reimburse the cost of the Pennsylvania (or Delaware) state and patent bar expenses. In addition, associates become eligible for incentive compensation based on productivity.

IP Litigation Associate

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in intellectual property litigation required as well as strong writing and communication skills and excellent academic credentials. Highly preferred credentials: experience handling patent and trademark prosecution; experience with counseling/opinion work; and a technical or scientific background. Must be a member of, or willing to become a member of, the Pennsylvania or Delaware Bar.
