COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Our compensation package is competitive. Consistent with our firm culture and our concern for quality of life, compensation is based on an annual billable hour target of only 1,800 hours per year. We also reimburse the cost of the Pennsylvania (or Delaware) state and patent bar expenses. In addition, associates become eligible for incentive compensation based on productivity.
